Staff: There is no coordinator at this time for adult discipleship ministries, however, there are wonderful volunteer ministry leaders in every specific adult ministry. We applaud their dedication and leadership! Pastor Dwayne is fulfilling the Staff position at this time.
Mission: The overarching goal of the Discipleship Ministries is to invite adults into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ so that they will be equipped to shine God’s light in the world and advance the kingdom of God.
LAF TRACK (Love, Acceptance & Forgiveness development)
Staff - Pastor Dwayne Decker
Mission: To disciple people through the full presentation of the Gospel so that lives are changed, personal spiritual growth is continually experienced and in turn there is constant influence upon others for Christ.
LAF TRACK 101: Discovering Bethel Reformed Church. The purpose is to introduce you to Christ and His family at Bethel.
LAF TRACK 201: Discovering Spiritual Growth. The purpose is to introduce you to some spiritual habits that will help you grow in your faith.
LAF TRACK 301: Discovering Your Gifts for Ministry. The purpose is to help you discover your spiritual gifts and how you can put them in use.
LAF TRACK 401: Discovering Your Mission in Life. The purpose is to help you learn how to share your faith with friends and family.

Mission: To engage our neighbors in a non-threatening manner and friendly social environment in which life issues can be shared and discussed with biblical insights.

Mission: To lead a Sunday School class that provides a commentary on a selected book of the Bible.
This is a weekly class that meets to provide greater learning and understanding of Scripture. Although based on a particular text, the class forum allows discussion and debate on almost any subject. The class is open to anyone, at anytime, all you need to bring is your Bible.
Reading the Bible as Story
Staff - Volunteers: David Yell
Mission: To find relevant personal application from reading God’s Word as His story and my story.
This is a weekly class provide a personal dimension to reading the Scripture. Free discussion and questioning is a mainstay of the teaching method. The class is open to anyone, at anytime, all you need to bring is your Bible.
LIFE GROUPS: (larger groups discussing life issues and interacting socially)
B.Y.K.O.T.A. (older adult singles)
Staff - Volunteers: Elaine Riphagen
Mission: To share a time of fun and games once a month.
PRIME TIME (40+ married & singles)
Staff - Volunteers: Fred & Debbie King
Mission: To have fun Christian fellowship, to get to know others in the church, and to invite non-churched people.
We are a group of people who are in our “prime” years and meet on the third Saturday of the month.
FAST FORWARD (younger married couples)
Staff - Volunteers: Larry & Jessica Herrington (Presidents)
Mission: To allow married and engaged adults to fellowship together as they grow in relationships with others, in their marriage and in their family life.
Fast Forward meets every 1st and 3rd Sunday from 6:30-8pm to do a small group Bible based marriage study. Childcare is provided.
